CPA Van, your 1st interview ? Does that mean it was on campus interview or was it in-office interview and you have met the HR, manager/sr mgr/ partner already? It looks like you have a decent shot! So good luck. I left EY NYC 2 years ago as a Senior in the FSO audit division, so if you need any advice, shoot!

Hi temp CPA, I am also applying for entry-level FSO Tax position for NYC office. I didn't make it last year because my school recruited pretty late. I'm hoping that I can get referred this time.
