Please see page 12,13 & 14 and you will find that the required experience has to be under only a CPA not CA and these rules were last updated on October 1 2005. I also talked to Colorado board coordinator and she confirmed that the experience should be under a CPA only.

thanks for your reply.. but i recieved email from co-ordinator and they said experience under CA is also acceptable.i confirmed it with one or two more sources.

I have finished my last CPA exam in May 2005 and further I have completed the Colorado State Board Ethics exam. I have received the completion certificate.
I am in Chennai and am working as a CFO of a company.
What is the next step ???
