Take a day off and relax yourself before you start again. During such time, think about how you would like to split your time into various chapters etc. If you are using Becker, there are 9 chapters. So set mini targets each week to finish few chapters. For eg, 2 chapters in week 1, 1 chapter in week 2 etc (depending on the volume and level of difficulty). Once you know what you need to achieve, start focusing on it again by setting daily targets. If you know that you need to finish reviewing a chapter in 3 days, you should also be aware of how much to study each day. This makes your daily study schedule dependent on your overall goal.
Also try to take very short 5 min breaks each hour or so. Listen to your fav song or just walk inside your room/outside and get back with a relaxed mind. This method helped me a lot and I am sure it would help you as well.
Good luck :)
