Hey InterpolCPA,
How did your exam go? Hope it went well! I too started to answer those released questions and you are correct, they seem poorly worded or intentionally ambigous. Three more weeks for me before the exam, getting frustrated with some of these tricky questions. The more simulated exams i take, the more frustrated i become cause it seems i am regressing!

It went pretty terrible actually, I'm pretty sure I failed. The 1st testlet
was easy, but the 2nd and 3rd were very difficult. I spent too much
time on the MCQs and barely even touched the sims. I did do the
written comms for both, but I think i lost too many points on the blank
sims to pass. SUCKS

I've heard that story before... Don't worry! You did great. Chin up and move on. Start thinking about it again in December (or are scores released Nov.?)
You are potentially done, that's all that matters =]

I've heard multiple people explain that they barely touched the sims and were 100% certain they could not have passed. They both passed.

I took my exam on 10/12/2010, 1st testlet was quiet tough, 2nd was very tough and 3rd was great, I finished the MCQs in 2 hours approximately, and started the sims, all JEs very complex, and other went well, I think the entries are correct but the amounts were incorrect. @ written communication, was good and tried my best. Thank you becker for tough questions. Do you I think that I have chance to pass FAR.
