Don't worry Lani2009. 20 days are more than enough to get all the 4 wrongs right.
Key here is :
If it's Non-convertible Preferred Stock, we have to include preferred stock dividend paid in Diluted EPS calculation, however, if it's convertible Preferred stock, then, we don't include preferred stock dividends paid in Diluted EPS Calculation since we have to assume the worst case senario and assume all preferred stock got converted into common stock shares and hence, no preferred stock dividends would be paid. Repeat them again and you will get them.
