hi landz,
I am not a CPA in our country as well but I managed to
pass the US CPA exams. If I can do it you can. I
recommend Yaeger for FAR & BEC. I finish college 15 years
ago but the instructor, Cindy Simpson ang galing nyang
magturo. Huwag ka na sa Becker and its not worth it.
Becker is good if you are a fresh graduate here in the
US. But with the price and expiry on the software you
will use, its not worth it. Buy your review materials one
section at a time. I also tried just buying the Wiley
book kasi nagtitipid ako pero tinamad lang ako. I needed
someone to point me in the right direction.
If you have questions, just post it here and I will be
willing to help out.

Hi ms raquel!
You really inspired me. Nagkakaroon na ako ngaun ng lakas
ng loob para ituloy ko at maipasa lahat ang exam. I thought
maganda sa becker I've read kasi mga reviews sa kanila and
panay positive. How about sa REG and AUD what will you
suggest na review materials? Thanks so much for your time!

I bought REG & AUD sa Yaeger din. If you like the way
Phil Yaeger teaches, then go for Yaeger sa REG. You can
go to the Yaeger CPA website and watch him teach for like
10 minutes. I failed the first time and pass the second
time. Tinamad kasi ako and I guess I got confident sa FAR
after passing it one time. For AUD, I bought Yaeger again
but inaantok ako sa instructor so I switched to Roger. It
cost me another $500 plus. You can also go to Roger CPA
website. He gives free lectures for an hour through video
streaming. Ang hindi lang maganda, hanggang 9 months lang
ang access mo sa online course nya. Pero that should be
enough time for you to study. If you fail the first time,
that still should cover the 9-month period. I like his
notes and his charts. It helped me a lot during my test.
Tapos you can access it in your ipod touch or iphone. I
used it as audio pag nakahiga ako at tinatamad magbasa or
magmemorize. I also got the Gleim software para sa
multiple choice questions. It costs $54 per section pero
sa AUD lang ako bumili nun. The rest are puro Wiley
software na and they are included in the review materials
sa Yaeger or sa Roger.

really appreciate it.. I'm still waiting pa sa CBA approval ko. Sana
maapprove.(fingers crossed). How about Wiley materials? okay lng ba
sya?
