I just finished my notes for Wiley 2011 BEC Module 41:
Corporate Governance, Internal Control, and Enterprise
Risk. I thought someone might want to take a look. It's a
lot of info, and I don't know what's really important. I
didn't get the test bank cd, so I was wondering if anyone
could tell me what the MCQ on these topics are like.
Anything you don't see here? Thanks.

Looks pretty good to me. I'm also using 2011 Wiley without the test bank CD.  I have the 2011 Becker material too though.

Are you going to use anything else besides Wiley for practice questions?

Well, I have my MDS CPA review from 2009, no update. It
has 600 questions. I figured between those I would be
okay.

Celyn, is this part the only part that's new to BEC?

There are other differences. I'll put some more notes
up, in order of changes. I'm currently typing like a
demon to crank this out. I think there is more in other
sections. The modules are:

Module 41- Corp. Governance, Internal Controls, and
Enterprise Risk (already up)
Module 42- IT (about the same)
Module 43- Economics and Strategy (new globalization,
should have the notes up tomorrow)
Module 44- Financial Risk Management and Capital
Budgeting (Finance stuff, including bonds and time value
of money, other FAR looking stuff, hoping to be done
later tonight)
Module 45- Financial Management (looks like the old
stuff)
Module 46- Performance Measures (looks like what my old
book called Measuring and Planning, maybe a few new
things)
Module 47- Cost Measurement (Cost Accounting, hasn't
changed since 1937, as my tax professor used to say)
Module 48- Planning, Control, and Analysis (more
Measuring and Planning, also some new stuff)

Anyway, I hope to be done with the notes by the end of
the weekend or so, maybe skip IT. Then just work on MCQ
until test time. I'll keep posting as I add stuff.
