I would think that wouldn't any 2010 BEC material contain any corporate governance. If you have a 2010 AUD section you could practice them out of there.

I know a lot of Gleim's Corp Goverance section came from Audit. These questions were not in the 2010 software at all.

You could go to cpareviewforfree and do their corporate governance. It's the same amount of questions covered in 2011 Wiley's (25).
