Thanks to everyone for the updates, I just got through (8:30 mst) and my NTS was #444, from CO. This was my last section and was the longest I had to wait for a score - so was good to see that PASSING SCORE for this section, which by FAR was the most difficult!
Some background for those who might have to retake or are just starting this process, I graduated from College in 1980, have solid experience but decided two years ago that everyone seemed to want that CPA for the jobs I wanted or even start my own practice.
I am a mother of 3 and right after taking BEC had a really bad fall which required back surgery. I kept studying although it took me longer than I wanted and I missed windows last year... I kept going. It is not only a great sense of accomplishment but it amazed me what a solid foundation I had in college, but I had to relearn how to retain vast amounts of information without having the time to think problems through. This test is just as much about time management and logic reasoning as anything.
This site has been such a good resource for all kinds of support and information. So thanks to the admin and the members that take the time to share information and answer questions. Any members with questions on balancing kids work and health issues I would gladly give my 2 cents worth.
Now I have to decide whether to complete another 22 credits to get to 150 or go the experience route. Unfortunately my current experience is under an inactive CPA License.
In the meantime, onto Ethics and new challenges
