I took Regulation in February. I studied with Becker and the exam seemed so similar to Becker questions, especially the Final exam questions. I generally studies 4-5 hours per day after work and spending 3 hours in the exam didn't feel that difficult.
In my case all chapters were tested equally, about the same amount of questions from 1-4 and from 5-7.The TBS were just on tax.
We shall see the results....

Took REG on 2/25 and felt reasonably good about the MCQ's. My SIMS were another thing all together. NOTHING on them seemed obvious. One of the six tabs was absolutely ridiculous and required detailed computations on some serious fringe material. Is it possible for any of the SIMS to be pre-test questions? I've been telling myself yes to help sleep at night.

Yes, one of the sims is pre-test.

I took the REG on 2/28 and I thought This test was the hardest.
Simulations definitely killed me. The simulation for Becker is way too easy
compare to the real exam.

Here's my tip for the REG:
-If you are using Becker, read the book in detail.
-Read the Circular 230 at least twice as others mentioned.

Did you use becker 2011?

So Reg 4 (Ancillary material) is not enough to cover the exam?
