Anything is possible on the exam, so it's up to you to take a calculated risk when deciding whether or not to ignore it. For me, anything that I have problem understanding fully, I move on.

Bullandre, thanks for your quick reply. I am just
reveiwing..so I have done full/partial method the 1st
time. But they were not tested even on the FINAL practice
exam I took. Given the time limit, I am confused wheather
or not, I should take a look at it.
But since you already took FAR in 2011, can you tell me
if you had questions on that? i mean full/partial
goodwill.
