I thought the GMAT was pretty easy. I had a 750 overall and a 6 on the writing and I didn't really do any studying for it.
The free program available for download helped me a bit. I spent a couple hours familiarizing myself with the test format. Make sure that you spend plenty of time on the early questions. When you get questions right, the test will start increasing the difficulty of later questions. However, if you miss an easy question early, you'll be stuck with a mid-range score. Nailing a few of those super-difficult questions is the way to get a great score.
Also, keep in mind that this test doesn't really focus on business concepts. It's more similar to the SATs. |
