I requested to have the results of my background investigation sent to me. It took them about a month to send me my results.

Ugh, I'm having a hellish time with one of my employers. It was an unpaid,
informal internship working for two people I haven't talked to in 2 years. I'm
trying to get them to verify that I did work for them.

Sparty, They aren't actually going to look into whether an unpaid, informal internship was real.They really only are going to be checking whether you have a criminal record or a bad credit score.If you are working there full time and have had prior PAID working expereince at another firm they might look into that.
