It looks like you're at the same stage of the testing that I am - having took both AUD and FAR.  If you don't mind my asking, how did you do in those two.  I'm also finding BEC incredibly difficult what with the number crunching and the 'liberal arts' strategic management questions.  I work in information technology, so that area isn't too bad.  I understand the economics section also, but I find that I often make dumb, careless mistakes with supply and demand.  When is your test?  Mine is tomorrow.

I haven't scheduled yet. was planning towards end of August. I work full time, so studying usually puts me to sleep after 1.5 hrs. What was your strategy for review? what material did you use?

I am no where near prepared to take the exam yet. i work as cost accountant, so i might be able to grasp the cost chapter better but Financial Mgmt is a lost cause. it's the way theu ask the questions i get confused about. i am seriously thinking about moving on to next chapter. like you, i have util April 2012 to pass the remaining 2 sections (i took it in 11/2010 & 4/2011). I have no experience with tax, so i know REG is going to be hell as well. I am supplementing with Wiley book for BEC now and trying to do the wiley Q&A. When i try to do BEcker passmaster Q's, i only get the theory questions correct and the caculations get messed up somewhere.

For FAR, i barely made it alive with a 77

For AUD, it was a little easier. i passed with an 85

So, far out off the 3 sections i have experience, AUD was the easiest to study. for that i used Lambers review which i recommend for anyone taking AUD.

I used Becker and Wiley.  Wiley really supplemented Becker.  The exam went well - a lot easier than I thought and also a lot easier than the Becker and Wiley questions.  I think I passed, but I'll just have to wait until September.  Now I have a little break before I start studying for REG - my last exam - in November.  So far I'm batting 2 for 2 and I hope to pass all four the first time.  I also work full time, so my life is on hold all the time.   I started studying for BEC a week after I took AUD, which was April 9.  So it was three months.  I did all multiple choice questions in both Becker and Wiley, 2, maybe 3 times (and even 4 times for the hard ones).  Good luck. If you study as much as you can you'll do fine.

Thank you for the insight. i noticed that you mentioned using wiley and becker passmaster. If i use the Wiley alone and do all questions on the back of the book for Financial Mgmt, do you think that i would be somewhat prepared for that section? that's the only section i am having trouble. i could use becker for the other 4 sections and think will do fine. i just applied and when i get my NTS, i am going to schedule for end of August.

I already did all the passmaster questions from Becker for Econ, IT, Business structure. I am hoping wiley will do the job for Financial Management. I am a cost accountant, so i am assuming cost accounting shouldnt be that hard to grasp for me but never nom theory is much different than reality.
