So after a nice discussion about extending my software with them, I agreed not to fry them on here.

But after what just happened I want to make sure everyone is aware about how incompetent this company exactly is (clearical and administration .. not instructors).

My software had been extended through September 1. My test is at 5pm this evening, and my software just expired an hour ago. Wonderful. No final test prep or anything! They completely screwed me out of last minute studying and I still have work to do on EPS and other items! Pretty convenient their customer service center is closed until 730 am.

I'll retract my negativity if they somehow remidy this issue.
