Thanks.  I'm going to do just that; take notes on what he emphasizes.  I was just going to take notes on everything I read in the Wiley book but now that I think about it that strikes me as kind of dumb/overkill if he's telling you what to emphasize.

Glad to hear you went with Gleim to cover your Corporate governance and IT for BEC...I'll bet it pays off.
