If you're more concerned about the costs and you have the discipline to self-study, why don't you try the Wiley CPA Review books? You could practice answering questions by borrowing the year old version of their review books from the library and maybe buy the questions part of the online review courses. They're not that expensive.
You have five hours to study? That's plenty, which is a shame if you didn't take the exam. I just don't want you to look back and regret you didn't taking the exam soon after graduating like I am now doing. I have to study every accounting class again because there have been so many changes since I graduated.
Ultimately do what your intuition tells you. Good luck.
