Did anyone leave Big 4 before 2 years? Were your required to pay your CPA bonus back?

No, no one has ever left big 4 before 2 years.
JK, but I believe it is pro-rated depending on how long you
work. If you work 1 year of the 2 year requirement you owe
half ect. I think the CPA exam fees themselves also fall
into this category.

I haven't worked for the Big 4 since '09, but don't
recall anything ever being said about repaying a CPA
bonus. I was let got a few months after getting the CPA
bonus, so I'm sure they would have tried to make me repay
it if that was a policy.
The signing bonus is the thing that they sometimes make a
provision for repaying if someone does not remain with
the firm for a certain length of time. Also if they have
paid for your schooling sometimes they might want a
portion of that returned.
Your employment agreement should tell you upfront what
might need to be paid back and when. For signing bonuses
our deal was if you left before six months had passed you
had to pay it all back, and if you left before a year was
up you had to pay half.
