well You shouldn't be ashamed of this...infact it should be very encouraging for all because u tried so many times but still you don't loose your hope of passing that...its very motivating..all the best for your exam

khan, try doing all MCQ's from one chapter until you can remember the operations and concept by heart, then move on to another chapter, after doing those MCQ's go back to the previous chapter and redo the questions again, then redo the question from the other chapter. Do this all the way through til the last chapter,, its very time consuming but it might help you remember concepts a little better. It help me a little bit,, problem is, I'm afraid that the concepts I remember the most wont be on the exam.... D@MMITT

I also have the FAR exam tom. (Tues. April 10th) and this will be my 3rd time
taking it, last time I received a 74 :(....Hopefully Wiley will get me through
this as I read the Becker book like 3 times already...It's always the Sims that
keep me from passing...Let me know how it goes Khan_Windsor

I just rescheduled mine for a 2nd time...I will be taking it May 10. Hate hate HATE this section. I am FINALLY to unit 8, looks like 8/9 should be quicker sections, so that will be this week, unit 10 next week then a couple weeks of review.

I started studying for FAR 2/28 and thought I could do the 2 unit/week method...HA! I got extremely discouraged...so to anyone starting out, I suggest you plan on taking all the time you need, don't think you can rush through this one. I'm starting this week also going back and re-reading prior sections (if you asked me right now what they were on I bet I couldn't even tell you).

The SIMS in Becker are killing me in this section. I totally skipped doing an entire SCF...have to go back to that one. I am crossing my fingers that the Becker material really is harder than the actual exam. Did I mention I hate this section? ;)

So I took FAR on Saturday. I took Becker. I feel that Becker prepared me for this section (4 weeks of material + 2 weeks review). I felt more prepared for this section than I did with REG and AUD (both passing scores!) Now watch, I feel comfortable on this one and will fail becuase that is how my life goes. Good luck to all of you studying for this section. Hopefully we all pass this time and we can move on from this beast!
