"That" call center is the DBPR, an absolutely pathetically USELESS excuse of an organization. And they REFUSE to give out direct phone numbers to who you really need to talk to.
And by the time they ever process your license application, you'll have more than enough work experience. That's why many people in Florida do their license through Georgia. Everybody knows the DBPR sucks out loud. Business owners, contractors, CPAs, you name it.
