Congrates for getting sponsorship....I m also on H4..i would really appreciate if u tell me how did u proceed to find the sponsoror?how did u find the companies who r looking for CPAs? how was ur interview and how did u prepare for it..i really need to know this coz this is the first time i m looking for any job and i don't have any experience of interviews..

I would like to know how the employer is willing to sponcer ur h1 in apr and waiting till oct until u can actually start working?

Congrats on getting ur H1. I too have the same questions as others have already asked u .It wud be really helpful if u cud put some more light on ur sponsorship thing, how did u go bout it , did u meet the firms in person while u were searching for job .

Also , have u done masters or something in India or just BCom . Even i am a delaware candidate so just wanted how hard is it for ppl wid bcom n cpa to get H1.
