yeah, i though they will work with me on this, but apparently, its not all smooth. i was at no fault, but i am still suffering for no reason.

Sorry!

Did you make the decision to reschedule or did Prometric make the decision? Try to email/call your state coordinator and keep notes of what everybody said.

Hope your situation is resolved soon!

i did not really had a choice whether to re-schedule or not, i waited for 4 hours to give the exam, i was ready but they couldn't resolve the issue, i cant give exam without having a calculator.

Bad thing is it's Friday today and you can't do much before Monday, but even if you reach them on Monday they are not that efficient. I think if you talk to them and explain to them what happened and show them with some written proof from the prometric center, there's no reason they would not let you schedule for October.
