Sorry to hear about that! However don't worry request prometric to send report about what happened.
Same thing happened with me,I called up my state board of accountancy (CA). At the end of the test they give you confirmation, if you encountered any problems during exam contact phone no and email address.If you have old confirmation paper that will do.Also I did sent an email to NASBA also.
Nasba/Aicpa took it's sweet time to reconfirm with prometric that such thing happened.However My prometric center sent some report also. After that they allowed me to take the exam without any fees and extended my credit period for one window.

hey trycpa2008, you saved my day..this never happens so it was rare to find someone who says yeah, same thing happened to me. thanks your posts ease me a little bit. i did the same thing, the prometric guys gave me a ticket and reference number and stuff, also i called NASBA, they said they will extend the credits and allow me to take test in september first week, as a special accommodation, but not before they go into details of what happened. so as you are saying, it will take their own sweet time. but it was just so stressful, this is the most boring weekend i might have experienced in my life. hope i get a good reply on monday. i really feel they should update some of the function, specially the calculator, men its so outdated. thanks for your support, it means a lot to me, i cried my eyes out yesterday. take care.

my nts expires on 10/14. when i try to schedule on the prometric website it shows me available days only till 10/14. Is that because my nts expires on that day? i am a little concerned coz i will be getting a new nts for audit for november. Please advise
