I think most of these posts are getting away from the point. I believe the author of this post said that they were getting between 60 and 65 on their MCQ's.
How do you expect to pass a test that has all 9 parts included in Becker, when you can only get a 60 or 65 on problems that you should of seen twice or three times (doing the MCQs each section and progress tests every 3 sections)?
For people who did pretty well at their university for their B.S. in accounting, (i.e. B's, some C's some A's), I think it is important to understand why you got a problem wrong. I spend more time studying the reasons for why A is correct and B C and D are wrong than anything else. I studied at most 80 hours for REG and about 75 hours for BEC and barely passed them both.
Just an fyi, I didnt look at anything related to R-6 and R-7 and I passed REG. But, I did understand most everything up to those sections because I could consistantly get a 78 - 85 on progress tests.
