First week in April for FAR and Late May for REG.

Does anyone know how long NASBA takes to send your NTS after you have been cleared by your local board? In other words, how long does it usually take from the date of your initial application to when you receive your NTS?

The complete processing of the application takes around 6 weeks, however, at times, they send the NTS in 4 weeks also. You can always contact your State Board. They always have the update on your application....

I know the NC state board has already approved my application and has sent it to NASBA because i got a letter in the mail stating that i have approved with a hold on my scores until i turn in my final grades for a couple of classes i am taking this semester.

The good thing with the NC board is that they allow you to apply for the examination if you show proof that you are 6 credits or less to obtaining the 30hrs education requirement. However, they wouldn't release your scores until you complete the class. This might not be a good idea as i plan to sit for FAR early next month but only complete my second class at the end of May. It would be a long wait to know if i pass.
