vvs_cpa, I have only studied with Roger CPA Review + Wiley Questions to date, and I have never thought of switching my study material and never will. It has done its job for me so far, and I have full faith that it will get me where I want. It has helped me pass each exam in the most efficient way possible. The reason I failed FAR and AUD is because I did not put in enough time to cover all the topics. I procrastinated and ran out of time, as you all may agree, FAR and AUD takes the longest time to prepare, and I was not able to cover everything by the exam date. My own fault. And, this time, I got a painful wake up call by getting 74 and 71, and so I am going to study my butt off to end this all in one shot.

FAR is my last section. What advice do you have for me as I begin my studies?

I am also taking FAR and AUD this window, I failed FAR but I am sure I can pass second time around. I am also taking AUD I am using Becker for both and I studied Lec1 in AUD and stoped after I receivd my FAR scores. Since I am determine to pass ALL parts in 2009 I am taking AUD in May31 and FAR Apr 30/ God be with me.

AUD seems easy at leat the first lec I got 70's on mcq's I NEVER scored as high in any of FAR lectures. Nevertheless I hear AUD can be tricky but 5 weeks for AUD I will be good to pass with 76 :)

I was hoping I would come back to this forum on better terms but I'm back for the rewrite for April!

For the last window I switched from Becker to Yaeger. I spent way too much time learning from the text rather than doing the multiple choice questions. So I'm changing up the plan of attack. It's multiple choice time... going to try and do all the questions three times.

In retrospect, I don't even know why I switched off Becker when I was getting good results with it. Nothing against Yaeger/Wiley, it's great -- I think I've just been programmed to do things the Becker way.

So the question is how bad do you want this CPA?
For myself it's time to get this out of the way and enjoy summer for once.

In the words of Peter O'linto - it's time to be a big time CPA.
