I haven't yet scheduled my date yet but I was wondering if anyone who passed REG exam, for some quick tips and quick strategies. I am absolutely convinced now that this exam appears to be the hardest for me. It'll be my second attempt, and when I got my diagnostics I was weaker on all three hardest parts, ind. and entity taxation and business law. Buz law was the lowest... (God, HATE business law, never seem to get the questions straight!)

Appreciate any insights into this part, esp for studying the business law!

What topics are known to be heavily tested in REG? I'm not asking for specifics ( I know I'll get in trouble in this forum!) but like for FAR, it's Governmental and Not-for-profit. How about in REG? Thanks for your help!

Per my review program, Yaeger...I'm studying REG now.

60% tax (includes corporate, individual, partnerships, gifts/estates, and property)

20% ethics

20% business law
