Thanks Jay for your response.
I will see the links u gave. About H1B, my previous employers is in NJ and right now I am in MA near Boston area. So there is no way to file H1 with previous employer.
Just one more help, to find job in my case, if I send my resume to CPA firms what should I write? I mean I passed the exam, waiting for license..?
Please post the replies.
Thanks in advance.

You can write " Successful completion of CPA exam"

or
"CPA exam Passed and applied for License"

If someone has any other tips, please let us know.

And one more question related to previous post, do NJ board issue certificate after passing all four subjects?

As per my knowledge, NJ does not issue a separate certificate and license. They will send a congratulatory letter and then you need to apply for license.

Someone, Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hey everyone,
Few more questions. If I want to apply my license from MA instead of NJ can I transfer my credits at this stage? I went through MA requirements, and as per that I might have to evaluate credits with the stated agency.
I already have evaluation report done by ECE as per NJ state requirement, can I use that instead? Can I apply for evaluation in MA simultaneously while applying to NJ?
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

For MA, you need to apply for evaluation as per MA guidelines, I do not think ECE evaluation will work ( unless they are OK with it ). I am sure you can apply for evaluation in both states but finally you will need to choose as to which state you want to apply for the license.

Better to call MA state borad directly.
