If you are talking about Wave 2 score release, that remains to be seen how and who may or may not be impacted. @NASBA is working on finding out the correct answers.
If you are talking about March dates, at first Prometric said those affected would receive e-mails to reschedule, but based on reports here, the March date option appears to be nationwide.

@NASBA: Several have asked us abt March dates (Prometric) for #CPAExam (due to weather). This should not impact the release of wave 2 scores.
However, I did get talk to @NASBA and the jury is still out on how the Marc 1-8 scores will come out - it will all depend on how the AICPA sends them through Wave 2 or an add on mini-wave (i.e. Wave 2a)
