I got a 74...

I dont understand. I don't know how i got the score. i
was positive that I made less than 21(69/90=76.67%)
mistakes in the exam. My problem is that I'm going to
have to retake the exam, I'm pretty confident that I'll
pass it next time. It's just the time and money wasted on
this darn exam that is killing my moral. I'm also
unemployed, just to make it worse. My budget for the
exams is quickly dwindling and I can't find a job if it's
to save my life. Its not just this, however.

My family always asks me how I'm doing on the exams, and
I believe no one(but the cpa examinees) really understand
the amount of energy it takes to even finish one section.
All they want is results, which I don't blame them, but I
wish I actually had a person to kind of...share my burden
with.

Sorry, just my little rant. I was just staring at my exam
score and I just didnt know what to think, what to say,
what to do...Just wanted to share with you guys since
maybe some can relate to me or something.

If I recall correctly - some exam questions are pre-test questions and do not count toward your grade.  That could have been the reason.

Btw - Kansas released their scores today.

Still waiting in Oklahoma for BEC... I haven't seen any posts on Oklahoma, so I assume our scores aren't up yet... I took BEC on 10/18

To all those who have taken the exam and got their wave 1 score, passing
or failing: would you mind throwing out some tips or info for those of us
still preparing to take it in this window?

Are there certain topics that are more heavily tested than others?

Are there some concepts that they are very particular on or test with great
depth and a lot of distractor information?

For whatever test prep material you used, would you recommend
spending more time on one part or another, or getting supplemental
material/questions because you felt it didn't prep you well enough in one
part or as a whole?

Thanks for your help and best of luck with the rest of your sections!

Is that Wave 1 only?
Took BEC on 11/14...but looks like people who took BEC after the cutoff date are getting their results.
