Congratulations, cpa#1! Very happy for you. Just as Marty McFly said in
Back to the Future, if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish
anything. Some states don't require experience, so if absolutely
necessary, look into that. Do you still work in accounts payable?

Actually, I work in Accounts Receivable now. I got promoted there a few months ago, lol. But, I'll be looking for a new job now. I'm in NY and they do require the 1 year experience. It would've been 2 years, but I fulfilled the 150 college credits, so I only need 1 year. There's no pressure here. NY doesn't have a time limit for this. Once you pass all 4 parts, the credits are yours forever!

Congrats to CPA #1...I was close but failed REG for the 5th time and lost my BEC credit. I got over my depression and will hopefully pass both REG and BEC in this next window. REG has proven to be the hardest exam for me..I passed all the other ones!

MUSICAMOR,
Like I said before, I feel your pain. I hoped that I'm done with the exam, but got my failing REG score and lost my BEC. I really need to pass them both in the next window, or I will lose FAR also. Usually, people say you have to reevaluate your strategy. In my case, I don't know how to proceed. I put in lot of hours and I used current Wiley materials. The problem is - the stuff I spent ton of hours on didn't appear on the exam. Back to square one....
