It is usual to encounter difficulties when it comes to cross-border practice. AICPA and NASBA have been promoting a "Uniform CPA Exam Requirements" such that all states are deemed equal. The license granted is considered the same throughout the US. But unfortunately, Colorado is not substantially equivalent to other states same as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
