I don't think so, because the date you sat for the exam is taken into consideration and you sat for the exam before the 5/14/2010. The date you get the score is irrelevant to the state boards. As long as you sit for the last exam before 5/14/2010 you are fine, obviously if this you passed.

I thought it was 18 months from the date you took the exam.  So if you took the exam on Jan 9 and got your results back March 4, you 18 months will begin Jan 9.

For TX it seems to be 18 months from when you get your score

How about New York?

i passed my first section on Jan 30, 2009.  My score notification states that it expires on Aug 31, 2010.  I have contacted the NY coordinator by email.  He confirmed that the 18-month rolling period starts on the last day of the window i took my exam.  I am not sure to trust him or not.  I see that a lot of you guys are saying that the 18-month window starts on the date of exam taken.

Anyone from New York can confirm it?

Thanks a lot
