A little less than a month away until my REG exam and after failing this exam twice, I have to say, I am ready to kill REG this time!! I'm studying like never before and am ready to pass with flying colors now. I still have a lot more time until I take the exam, so I'm using that time to study as much as possible. But be forewarned, I'm ready to kick some butt on the 25th!!!

hey guys

I have a qeustion. I am preparing the regulation part now. As i study, i found out that in the personal and corp tax return are many numbers. such as max amount you can put in every year or the max you can deduct and phase out....it is hard to memorize them all. Are we suppose to remember them all? Can any one help me out here please?

James

I would say in general maximums are pretty important.  Regarding phaseouts I focused primarily on which deductions and credits are subject to phaseouts and in some cases the point where full phaseout occurs.  I did not focus on memorizing the actual phaseout threshold amounts.
