I finally passed my ethnic after 3rd tries.  My hints are as follow:

1) Don't over work your 1st time.  Submit the answers you find, and use the hints to find those that you got wrong.  i never heard someone passing the 1st time, so why not get some feedback first.

2) The hints you got back are in order but depending on how many questions you got wrong from that chapter, ur hints can be very specific or very broad.  For example, if you only get 1 quesion from chapter 4 wrong, hints might say "Chapter 4 rule 11".  If you get mutiple questions wrong in chapter 4, hints might say "Chapter 4 ruling"

3) Many mutiple choices selection are in answers.  Therefore, the fact that you find the answers in the PDF, it doesn't mean your answers is correct.  REMEMBER to look for which code or ruling they refer to.  For example,  Rule XXX might require disclose of client information in writing, another Rule YYY  might not require it.  So make sure you are in the correct section, not wrong rulling that also talks about same subject.

4) Try to re-submit your 2nd test  once you find some of them.  When i submit my 1st test, the hints are very vague.  The 2nd time i submit it.  I can easily find 2 wrongs because some hints got very specific.  In other word, the less you got wrong, the more specific the hints.

5) After i took the test, i found that the test is easy as long as you read carefully, research at correct section since mutilple sections talks about same subject. 

You have 6 tries , so don't over do the test.  Many questions, you will find out you are wrong only if they tell u.

If I couldn't pass in Ist time, do I have to give 2nd or 3rd tries immediately on the same question paper by making corrections or it is a completely new exam.

Do I allowed to take help in finding the answers eg search or see the study material.

what's the time period to solve the question paper? I mean 3 hrs or 4 hrs.

Can somebody give me brief idea about the CPA ethic exam and is it state specific ?
