Hi sanju,
I am also from Colorado Board & they do send out the Congratulatory Letter.You will probably receive it in around 3-4 weeks after the scores are released.

I passed my last section ealry May this year and still have yet to receive anything from NASBA or the Florida Board, its been 7/8 weeks. Does it normally take this long??

Same thing in New York, however, I believe that they wait until the end of the second batch of scores (sometime around June 23) and then send it 2-4 weeks later. That's what I gathered from the responses here. Hope that helps!
