I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question... I've read through the licensing handbook and I may be missing the answer.

After you pass all 4 parts, how long do you have to fulfill the requirements towards getting your license?

I'm asking because I do not have the 1 year work experience and I've become very sick so I cannot work for a while.

Your help is super appreciated! Thanks!!!!

What is your state?

If you are in CA, it depends on which pathway you are going to get your license through.  In short, Pathway 1 requires 24 semester units of accopunting, 24 semester units of business related subjects, and two years experience.  Pathway 2 requires 24 semester units of accounting, 24 semester units of business related subjects, evidence of 150 semster hours of education, and one year experience.

and by the way, experience could be obtained before or after passing the exam.

My state is California. I understand the requirements... what I am asking is this: how much time do I have after passing all 4 parts of the exam to fulfill the other licensure requirements (ethics exam, 1 or 2 year work experience, finger printing, etc)?

Thank you!!!

I also have the same question. In the handbook I didn't see anything re the deadline between passing the 4 exams and getting the work experiance and ethics exam. So I assumed that there is no specific deadline, but that was just an assumption. Where you able to find out if there is a deadline?

from my understanding, as long as you have passed all parts there isn't an expiration on the scores. i think when you check your profile online, you'll be safe if it says all PASS and not CREDIT. i remember reading this from another post. but call CBA to be sure.
