Will the simulations on the exam be exclusively on taxation
topics?

The research question could potentially deal with Treasury Circular 230, other than that, I've found the other simulations to only deal with taxation. But, never assume--they could change it up real quickly.

For the most part, yes, they're all tax questions....

I wouldn't worry about it if they hit you with a B Law Sim because any B Law Sim would be easier than those tax Sims they throw at you, lol.
