In the State of Alaska, they require 4 points work experience provided that you satisfy some of their requirements, if you don't  they require more points to be earned. But for me it's 4.

1 year working in public accounting under the supervision of a US CPA is 2 points.
1 year working in private or government accounting under the supervision of a US CPA is 1.33 points
1 year working as an accountant not under the supervision of a CPA is 1 point.

So you need to really check with your state board how you earn work experiences.

I am looking for somebody who would kindly sign the experience varification form of Washington State where controlling type of experiences are accepted instead of CPA.

I believe that I have eligibility but there are no active USCPA around me in Japan.

I would like to pay a reasonable fee and give appropriate evidences, also I can inform you KPMG guy who can confirm my current job (controller for a German company).
