I would appreciate if someone lets me know whether the progress tests and supplemental questions in the Becker software are entirely new questions or are they just repeats from the homework questions?

new questions do them!
I did half of them for FAR, I'll tell you how i did in a week..... I have so far done them for Aud and Bec, They have fewer so theyre not so bad

Supplemental questions - Mostly new questions
Progress tests - repeated questions from HW as well as
supplemental questions
Don't skip supplemental questions. You would find them
more tricky than HW questions and it's a very good
practice.
Progress tests are a good way to review once you are done
with a chapter..
