I passed my Business Environment last month with Wiley.
I just
want to remind you that there were couple partnership questions in my
exam, but Wiley or other materials don't even mention one word about
partnership.
You may take a look at it.

Thanks for your sharing your experience. From all the information that was
shared on the new format it was never mentioned that types of businesses
would be on the exam. If I am not mistaken, I thought they said that was
eliminated from the BEC section. All insight is welcome.

you are right! So I didn't study it, but luckily, I just studied the partnership in my class.
Two last questions about partnerships in my exam.

oh yeah, i have also heard that they ask about corporation and responsibilities of BOD, rights of shareholders, officers duties......so i think we need to read chapter 1 from 2010 material.
