Recently passed the last section of the CPA Exam. Obviously I am not a CPA
yet because I need to submit my paper work. What would be the proper title
to put on my Resume and personal business cards (for employers/looking
for job). Thanks.

Congrats!! I would put it above your work experience. You could create a section for now that says qualifications/certifications and state that all four sections are passed.
