if pass all section of cpa tests, how and where to take ethic exam?

If your state requires it as part of the exam process, then you only have to take it once.

If you want to apply ethic exam then you should visit this link Address to submit them online is: http://cpegrading.aicpa.org/ You will need the course number 738394 and your unique serial number.

What is this Ethics exam???? I thought if I pass the 4 parts of the CPA exam, I'm done. Is there another exam??? I'm in NY. Am I required to take a 5th exam?

Can someone tell me how long you have to complete the ethics exam in CO please? I can't seem to get a straight answer out of anyone.
