Ray11,
There were not that many questions similiar to becker. I mean, you needed to use some logic to weed out the bad answers. I didnt had much IT at all. There was a lot on COSO especially ERM, but i have not encountered them in Becker. my suggestion would be to go to COSO website and read their literatures. I pretty much guessed through them. I wished for more theory questions before going into the exam and got my wish. what a bad wish that was. half way through the exam, i was begging for calculation questions. i did had couple calculations for which the topics were covered in Becker for others the calculated "should be" answers were not a choice, so i had to try different variations of some equations and if the answer was there i moved on. The 3 hrs is not at all enough. as i was typing my last WC, i timed out. i was in such a rush, i hope that WC was a pretest. Two subjects i got hit heavy with was ECON and COSO. make sure to review them thoroughly. I believe these questions were in the gray. either all of the choices looked like a wrong answer or all of them looked like a good answer, so it was really hard to choose. Now for the waiting game. I am praying i passed. i will definitely take a 75. i dont care about getting a high score or anything as long as i dont encounter this kind of test again. The thing i realized was that the other exams i took (FAR & AUD), they were from specific accounting topics. BEC contains all the other courses i ever took in college + cost accounting. I dont know why some people assume BEC is a cakewalk compared to the others? BEC has the lowest passing rate.
Anyway, this is just my bad luck. i feel like i have received the short end of the stick and was the unlucky chosen one for these 3 testlets.
i am sure others will have a better teslets than the one i had. I am going on to REG now and and see at the end of September what the verdict is.
