Thank you so much for your feedback. All I have to say is just keep your fingers crossed for the result bçoz you never know.

And having said that, I just had a quick question since you have already passed FAR and AUD. Do you think that its necessary to appear and pass FAR before AUD? I have read a number of posts saying that FAR knowledge is required for AUD but I would like to hear your experience about it.

Ray11,

FAR is not necessary before Audit but would be really helpful since majority of the audit will be based on GAAP statements. Relatively speaking, audit was not that hard. i used Lambers to study for audit and i think prof. Grainger did a great job explaining things from an Auditor point of view. I was able to grasp much better with Lambers compared to Becker. But becker passmaster questions were a blessing. They alone helped me pass Audit. It was the opposite of the BEC testlet i got. Almost every question resembled something in Becker. I finished 3 testlets in 1 hr. Since audit is mostly theory, it's easy to grasp in a systematic way. It is much focused unlike BEC which are all over the place.

Now, FAR was a complete different beast all together. it was the first exam i took and probably studied for 6 months. There is just too much material.

Okay thanks for the input..I plan to utilize most of the time studying since I'm not working. I've already got the NTS for BEC and AUD so my aim is to appear for them this year. Let's see how it goes !

So good luck for REG and do post your BEC score when you get it !
