Have you joined the WSCPA?  If not, I would highly recommend that you do because you get a discount on the Ethics Exam that you need to take in order to become a WA State CPA , and they are really a great group of people (very friendly and helpful).  If you are a member of the WSCPA, then you should call them and tell them your situation, and they can put you in touch with someone who might be able to certify your experience.

I have had pretty much the same situation, and the WSCPA was willing to help me.  But I broadcast my request on Facebook, and it turns out that one of the people in my Facebook network is an active CPA so I probably don't need the WSCPAs contact referral service after all.  Anyway, just a couple of ideas to throw out there.
