Hey guys,

Thanks for the replies! As of right now, I want to start
working as soon as I graduate. I have not looked into any
Macc programs, YET.

What kind of firms do you all know that don't have GPA
requirements? Anyways, any information, advice, or insights
will help!

Thanks everyone.

It's not so much finding firms with no GPA requireents, but finding a
way around it. I had a few people close to the firm who vouched for
me, so that's what got me in.

Get good grades, be involved, show you care, talk to professors, and
you'll give yourself the best chance possible.

you just tell them that your GPA is 3.0 or higher if they ask you. it depends on where you apply. i suggest you try a regional firm. big 4 seems hard unless you tell them that your GPA is 3.5 or higher and they won't verify it.

sometimes GPA means nothing. my firm had an employee who had 3.8 GPA in MAcc and passed CPA exams within 3 months. but that person is the biggest headache in the firm. he is just damn lazy at his job, and he can't even reconcile the balances.

Hello, I also agree with you. You can them GPA higher than actual they won't verify it. You can try to find job at Jobofmine where you find many big companies. You don't need to have much Grade points but if have good knowledge or experience it's fine.
