Glad you clarified that. I don't even think it is a system glitch, but rather they
program the system if there are no scores in each section by 18 months
period then they auto mark it no-credit.
I know for a fact that is by exam date b/c the clock starts ticking from the
day you sat for the exam not when you find out you passed.
