How did you study for the exams? How long did you take to prepare for BEC?

I just posted this on another thread but I used Yaeger and the teaching was very good. I passed on my first try. Cindy (the teacher) goes over problems in depth and really hammers home the concept. To me, Becker just reads and has you highlight...not to discredit it...it just didn't work for me. I also after completing Yaeger went through the Gleim book for BEC. I didn't read everything, but just a few chapters (like IT). I think that helped too. I only did the recommend questions from the Wiley book. It had been about 6 years for me since I had any finance classes, operations management classes...but I had cost about 2 years ago. So Cindy really helped me because I needed to relearn a lot of the concepts.

Hi smita,

I am currently keeping all my Yaeger materials, however you could always purchase a CRAM if price is an issue. I am not sure what they are running now, but I think they are less than a full system. If I have time I can try to type up my notes, but for now they are in my Wiley book :) I'll let you know if I ever get them into a usable format.
