Hi,

I was going to use 2009 Material to study for BEC, but notice in the new 2011 Wiley book that there were nothing about the Business Structure Chapters (Partnership, LLC, C & S corps). Does this mean they are no longer tested?

Business Structure has been moved from BEC to REG in 2011, so its no more going to be tested on the BEC exam.

There have been a lot of changes in exam contents over the last year. It's a good thing to have the 2011 materials.

The simplest legal structure is to run the business as individual operators. This means that you are self-employed person you make all the decisions and benefit from all the profits. Partnership formation or establishment of a more profit-making business. This allows all risks responsibilities, profits and costs shared equally.

Business structures covers various of subject like partnership, LLC and c$s corps. So all the subject is so important for who have to become a good businessman. These all subject teach you a very well about the business.
